2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath second floor villa in Sandcastle Plaza overlooking the private walled swimming pool.

The “American casual” living room invites guests to sit awhile, with comfortable garnet microfiber sofas in a conversation-pit area. The larger sofa has a queen size hideaway bed to accommodate overnight guests. A large entertainment center in the corner holds a 30" LCD high definition TV. There’s Saturnia flooring throughout, except for carpeted bedrooms.

The dining area features seating for eight, with island tropical-style appointments displaying a bamboo and woven caning pattern. A tray ceiling with diffused lighting is centered by an antiqued-bronze chandelier fixture. A wall of windows overlooks the front balcony.

The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. A breakfast bar counter has four upholstered black bar chairs for additional seating. A large pantry offers storage for all you’d need to prepare gourmet meals. A separate laundry room is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer pair.

This villa’s master suite holds a king-sized bed and is furnished in the same “island tropical” style as the dining room. Its blue paisley bedding encourages you to be a little lazy, so lie back and relax while you watch the 37" wall-mounted HDTV. The master bath offers split vanities, a jetted garden tub, a separate glass walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Step from the bath out onto the balcony overlooking a landscaped lagoon with a dancing fountain, and consider how to tell your friends that you’re never coming home from here!

The spacious guestroom suite holds two queen size beds with high black headboards and red linens. A TV awaits viewing from the dresser top. There is a walk-in closet with plenty of room for the things you’ve brought along – and enough extra to accommodate all the purchases you make while you’re here on the Island! The private bathroom has custom cabinetry topped with granite counters and a full size tub and shower.
